Full credit goes to Katka for the original mod on steam. I simply ported this mod to GTA V. This model is from Insurgency Sandstorm, I take no credit for creating the model or textures.

Description:
The QBZ is a bullpup assault rifle designed and manufactured by Norinco, and issued since 1995 as the service rifle for the People’s Liberation Army, People’s Armed Police and various paramilitary law enforcement agencies in the People’s Republic of China.

Replaces the Bullpup Rifle.

Fully animated
Working collision data
4K textures

Please note:
The animations mostly fit well but it is a little buggy.
The attachments don’t really work. When I try to adjust them they break.

Installation:

Just extract the archive and place the files in

mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday8ng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/weapons.rpf
